These courses have amenities like clubhouses, tennis, fitness centers, spas, and pools. Desert Mountain homes for sale may come with memberships in golf communities, but it is best to consult with your realtor to make sure that the membership is included, since some courses may charge up to $325 thousand dollars on top of the home price for club membership.
