Next I discuss in more detail features you prefer in a community such as: guard-gated, golf community, location, views, schools, distance to other metro or work areas.
When we have a chance to meet in person I will typically describe what communities may make sense to consider and why. Upon agreement we will then visit communities noting pros and cons while also viewing homes to give you further insight into what your dollars will afford you in that community. Often I will recommend a client spend further time, if needed, revisiting the communities and getting a better feel for them.
