Conventional rates remained pretty stagnant over the past few weeks with little to no movement. However, the JUMBO market is showing a lot of improvement and is now within 1/2 a point of the Conventional rates. This time last year, a full point separated the two types of loans. There is also general Market improvement as Wells Fargo now offers a 95% conventional loan product for Maricopa County. Rates will be going up this year, but we are currently within a quarter of a point of their all time lows.
